Here is a brief outline for the Emotional Detox Challenge You digitally receive a new challenge every week for the next six weeks. Here is a guideline of the challenge Week 1: Evaluate the relationships in your life to determine which ones are toxic. You are expected to be honest and forthcoming in your observations. You may have to make difficult decisions about the relationships in your life. Week 2: Perspective has a significant role in your mental health, i.e., how you interpret experiences. The goal here is not to disguise a negative experience but examine how you can use aspects of that experience to benefit you. Week 3: This exercise involves looking at the toxic relationships in your life and deciding which ones no longer work and what to do about them. Week 4: The intensity and duration of your involvement in the toxic relationship determine the emotional damage. This challenge deals with replenishing what was depleted by the toxic relationship. Week 5: A significant portion of toxicity clients struggle with comes from the workplace, unavoidable for many. The most effective way of working around an inevitable situation is identifying tools to cope. Week 6: Reflection & Transformation
