A Black immigrant psychoanalyst with Trinidadian roots and over 25 years of clinical practice in New York City, Sherry Jerimie built ENRICH Global to bring culturally-responsive emotional wellness to the people who need it most — and have had the least access to it. Through Sovereign Intelligence wellness companions, psychoeducational apps, and digital courses, she is scaling what was once one-to-one clinical work into affordable, accessible tools that can reach the Global Majority anywhere in the world.
ENRICH Global was born from a simple but painful observation: the Global Majority, the people most impacted by intergenerational patterns, cultural displacement, and systemic exclusion, had the least access to tools that honored their experience.
For decades, the clinical work happened one person at a time, in a private practice in New York City. Client after client from the Caribbean, from Africa, from South Asia, from Latin America—they all shared a version of the same story: traditional wellness spaces didn't understand them.
The cultural context that shaped their patterns, their families, their very sense of self, was invisible to mainstream psychology. The frameworks offered felt foreign. The language didn't fit their lives. And the deeper work—the work that could create lasting change—demanded something different.
ENRICH Global was created to change that. Not by exporting Western psychology, but by building something new: psychoeducational technology that integrates psychoanalytic depth with collectivist cultural wisdom.
