If Sherry is the clinical voice of ENRICH Global, Duane is its operational architect. With over two decades helping professionals and organizations navigate the unwritten rules of the workplace, he is the synthesizer of ENRICH's research, the compiler of its data, and the strategist who turns clinical vision into scalable systems. He also leads ENRICH's expansion into organizations — bringing its tools to businesses as culturally-responsive employee wellness and EAP services for the Global Majority and the ENRICH Outsider.
ENRICH Global was born from a simple but painful observation: the Global Majority, the people most impacted by intergenerational patterns, cultural displacement, and systemic exclusion, had the least access to tools that honored their experience.
For decades, the clinical work happened one person at a time, in a private practice in New York City. Client after client from the Caribbean, from Africa, from South Asia, from Latin America—they all shared a version of the same story: traditional wellness spaces didn't understand them.
The cultural context that shaped their patterns, their families, their very sense of self, was invisible to mainstream psychology. The frameworks offered felt foreign. The language didn't fit their lives. And the deeper work—the work that could create lasting change—demanded something different.
ENRICH Global was created to change that. Not by exporting Western psychology, but by building something new: psychoeducational technology that integrates psychoanalytic depth with collectivist cultural wisdom.
