ENRICH Global provides psychoeducational wellness tools — self-guided apps, AI companions, and digital courses grounded in cultural intelligence and psychoanalytic insight. These tools help you understand patterns, reflect on your emotional life, and build awareness.
ENRICH Global is not a therapy service, not a medical service, and not a diagnostic or treatment platform. Nothing you experience here is a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional, a physician, or a crisis responder. By continuing, you acknowledge this distinction and accept the terms below.
1. What ENRICH Global Is
ENRICH Global is a platform of psychoeducational products built by Sherry Jerimie, a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Psychoanalyst, to translate three decades of clinical wisdom into accessible, culturally-responsive tools for the Global Majority. Our products include:
- Self-guided apps that walk you through structured psychoeducational journeys on specific topics (relationships, identity, grief, family patterns, etc.)
- AI Sovereign Intelligence™ Companions that offer conversational reflection and psychoeducational insight
- Digital courses, workshops, and intensives that deliver structured educational content
- Community spaces for peer connection and shared learning
All of these tools are educational and reflective in nature. They are designed to support your self-understanding and personal growth — not to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a therapeutic relationship with a licensed clinician.
2. What ENRICH Global Is Not
ENRICH Global does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, or any form of clinical treatment. Our tools do not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any fiduciary relationship. No content on this platform — whether delivered by an app, an AI companion, a course, or a written resource — should be interpreted as personalized clinical guidance.
Specifically, ENRICH Global does not:
- Diagnose mental health conditions or medical conditions of any kind
- Prescribe medications, treatments, or clinical interventions
- Provide emergency mental health services or crisis intervention
- Serve as appropriate support for active psychosis, suicidality, severe eating disorders, active substance dependence, or other acute clinical conditions requiring professional care
- Monitor your use of our tools or intervene if you show signs of distress
If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition, or if your life situation calls for clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or physician in your region. ENRICH tools may complement that work — but they cannot replace it.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirement
ENRICH Global products are designed for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to purchase or use any ENRICH app, companion, course, or intensive, with limited exceptions for products specifically designed for supervised adolescent use (such as The Bridge: Teen Edition, which is intended to be completed in partnership with a parent or guardian who is 18 or older).
By using ENRICH Global products, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are not currently in acute psychiatric crisis
- You are not using ENRICH tools as a replacement for mental health care you need
- You are engaging with these tools of your own free choice, for the purpose of personal reflection and learning
4. The ENRICH Safety Standard™ — Seven Disclaimers
Every ENRICH app, companion, and course is built on seven foundational disclaimers that you will see at the start of your journey. We list them here for transparency:
You are 18 or older
These tools are not appropriate for minors without adult supervision and a specifically-designed companion product.
You are not in active crisis
If you are currently experiencing suicidal thoughts, psychiatric emergency, or acute safety concerns, please pause and contact the crisis resources listed below before engaging with our tools.
This is psychoeducation, not therapy
Our content is educational and reflective. It is not clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a replacement for care from a licensed professional.
You will take breaks when needed
Our tools can surface meaningful and sometimes difficult material. You agree to pause, step away, or stop altogether whenever your nervous system signals that you need rest.
You will honor your limits
Depth of engagement is your choice. Our tools include daily limits, cooldowns, and pacing mechanisms. You agree to respect those limits and your own.
You take responsibility for your own wellbeing
You are the author of your own healing journey. ENRICH Global provides tools; you decide how, when, and whether to use them. If you feel the work is not serving you, you stop.
Your data stays on your device
Our apps store your reflections, assessments, and journal entries in local browser storage. They are yours. We do not upload, analyze, or mine your personal content.
5. Crisis Resources
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a safety emergency, please stop using ENRICH tools and contact a crisis resource in your region. This list is not exhaustive; please search for local resources in your country if you do not see one below.

6. Purchases, Access Codes & Refunds
ENRICH apps and courses are sold as one-time digital purchases. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. After purchase, you will receive an access code by email, which unlocks the product for your use.
Access codes
Access codes are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing codes is a violation of these terms and may result in code revocation without refund.
Refund policy
Because ENRICH products are digital and become accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. If you believe there is an exceptional circumstance — such as a technical issue preventing access — please contact us and we will review your situation.
Regional pricing
ENRICH Global offers regional pricing to make our tools accessible across the Global Majority. Prices shown may vary based on your selected region. You agree to select the region that most accurately reflects where you live.
7. Privacy & Your Data
ENRICH Global is built on a privacy-first foundation. The journal entries, assessment responses, reflections, and session notes you create inside our apps are stored locally on your own device, in your browser's storage. We do not upload these to our servers. We do not read them. We do not analyze them. We do not sell them.
The data we do collect is limited to:
- Purchase records (processed by Stripe — governed by Stripe's privacy policy)
- Email addresses you provide for access code delivery and optional communications
- Anonymous analytics about how visitors use our public website (no personal content)
You can clear all local app data at any time by using the "Reset" or "Clear Data" option inside the app, or by clearing your browser's storage. If you delete your browser data or switch devices, your in-app content will not be recoverable — this is by design.
8. AI Companions & Sovereign Intelligence™
Where our tools include AI-powered companions (Sovereign Intelligence™ Companions), you should understand that:
- You are interacting with a language model, not a human therapist
- Companions are trained on psychoeducational frameworks authored by Sherry Jerimie, but they can make errors, misunderstand context, or produce imperfect responses
- Nothing a companion says should be interpreted as clinical advice, diagnosis, or crisis response
- Conversations with companions are processed by third-party AI infrastructure (currently Anthropic's API); please review their terms as well
- Companions are designed to detect crisis signals and redirect you to resources — but this detection is imperfect and should not be relied upon as a safety mechanism
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ENRICH Global — including The ENRICH Method™, Sovereign Intelligence™, The ENRICH Safety Standard™, app content, companion system prompts, course curricula, written materials, audio, video, illustrations, and branding — is the intellectual property of ENRICH Global Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the product for your own reflection and growth. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute ENRICH content without written permission
- Use ENRICH content to train AI models or build competing products
- Remove or modify copyright notices, trademark symbols, or attribution
- Resell, sublicense, or share your access with others
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENRICH Global Consulting LLC, its founder, officers, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our tools — including but not limited to emotional distress, psychological harm, financial loss, or any decisions you make in response to content you engage with on our platform.
You use ENRICH Global products voluntarily and at your own risk. By purchasing or using any product, you accept full responsibility for your engagement and agree to hold ENRICH Global Consulting LLC harmless from any claim arising from that engagement.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our products evolve or as legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ENRICH Global products after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
